Ardnakinna Lighthouse, reduction in range of navigational light

The Commissioners of Irish Lights hereby give notice that on 01 May, or as soon thereafter as circumstances permit, the present light will be replaced with a new LED light. At the same time, the range of the new light will be reduced to 14nm White and 9nm Red. The present character and phasing will remain unchanged. The new light will be shown in the hours of darkness only.
