The Commissioners of Irish Lights hereby give notice that on Monday 19th March 2001, or as soon thereafter as circumstances permit, a lighted buoy with the following characteristics will be established.
Name: NO 4 RUSK
Latitude: 52° 31.05' North
Longitude: 06° 10.80' West
Character: Flashing 3 red every 6 seconds
Type: Can
Colour: Red

The existing unlighted buoy in the same position will be withdrawn on the same day.
A Radio Navigation Warning will be issued when the new buoy is established.
