The Commissioners of Irish Lights hereby give notice that on or about the 21st June 2000, due to changes in navigational requirements, the leading lights in the approaches to River Boyne will be discontinued indefinitely. The attention of mariners is drawn to Drogheda Port Company's Notice to Mariners No. 5 of 2000 which gives details of their port development programme and changes to aids to navigation in the River Boyne, including a new Port Entry Light.
