The Commissioners of Irish Lights hereby give notice that on the 10th February 2002 or as soon thereafter as circumstances permit the light range of the PLOUGH BUOY will be increased and the character altered from

Fl. (2) R 10s to Flash Red every 3 seconds

The geographical position of this buoy is:

PLOUGH BUOY
Latitude 54°27.390' N
Longitude 05°25.040'W


At the same time the SOUTH RIDGE and the NINION BUSHES unlit buoys will be permanently withdrawn.
