ILV Granuaile – advanced, multifunctional vessel for hire

Granuaile Rear ViewILV Granuaile is a versatile Class 1 DP vessel that serves our Aids to Navigation management and maintenance programme – and it is also available for hire.

Delivered in January 2000, it was one of the most advanced vessels of its type in the world at the time. It’s equipped to a high standard, and it has skilled crews experienced in working in all sea conditions.

It provides a platform for a range of marine activities, and has a modern and spacious bridge equipped to a high standard. 

ILV Granuaile can support:

  • Buoy deployment & recovery both inshore & offshore
  • Hydrographic survey-DP capability, making it an ideal platform for conducting a wide range of survey work
  • Sea-bed sampling and mapping
  • Deployment of subsea sensors and measuring devices
  • Remote-operated vehicle (ROV) support

  • Deployment and recovery of marine hardware
