The Commissioners of Irish Lights hereby give notice that on or about 28 June 2009 or as soon thereafter as circumstances permit, a light will be established on the unlighted Blackhorse Rocks Beacon at the eastern approaches to Crookhaven, having the following characteristics:

Radio Navigation Warnings will be issued when the beacon is lighted.
