The Commissioners of Irish Lights hereby give notice that from sunset on Wednesday, 18th December 1996, or as soon thereafter as possible, the character of the Plough Buoy will be altered as follows:

New Character of Light:

F1 (2) Red ev.10 Seconds

All other characteristics remain unaltered.
The geographical position of the plough buoy is:

Latitude:	54°27'.39 North
Longitude:	05°25'.08 West
