The Commissioners of Irish Lights hereby give notice that on or about 10 February 2011, or as soon thereafter as circumstances permit, the existing Glassgorman Bank Buoys will be repositioned, as a result of recent surveys, to better mark the northern and southern extremities of the bank. These changes are as a result of recommendations in the 2010 Aids to Navigation Review.

Shift: 1.40 nm due south (180°) to
New Position (WGS 84)
Latitude:  52º 37.689'N
Longitude:  06º 07.459'W

Glassgorman 2
Shift: 0.80 nm due north (000°) to
New Position (WGS 84)
Latitude:  52º 45.348'N
Longitude:  06º 05.343'W

 Glassgorman Buoys

Radio Navigation Warnings will be issued when the above changes take place.
