The Commissioner of Irish Lights hereby give notice that on Wednesday the 12th June 1996 or as soon thereafter as conditions permit, a new lighted buoy will be established as follows:

Name:	"POWER"
Shape:	Pillar South Cardinal
Colour:	Yellow over black
Topmark:	Two black cones points downwards
Light:	Quick Flash (6) and Long Flash every 15 seconds
Position:	51°45'.57 North

No Futher Notices will be issued
